I'm a runner not a writer, however, I am well connected to what is happening in regards to running in The Greater Wichita Area. So I'm gonna use this little blog section to try my best to inform everyone about what is happening in the local, state, and sometimes national/international running scenes. My post will mostly be kept short and sweet with the only intention of keeping running thriving in our community.
